Read from Found's own pages on 10 September 2026. Every cash price is "per 28-day cycle and covers your clinical care, your medication, and your membership". Compounded semaglutide: $289 month to month, $249 on a 3-month plan, $219 on 6 months, $169 on 12 months. Compounded tirzepatide: $359, $309, $289 and $239. The first month is discounted, to $179 and $219. Found's plans page, read 13 September 2026, reads "Monthly plans start at $199/mo for insurance and $289/mo for cash-pay". Found's pages disagree on how a longer plan is paid. Its plans page, joinfound.com/plans-and-pricing, says "Pricing based on 12-month plans paid up-front"; its offer terms, joinfound.com/terms/offer-terms-v3, price every plan length "per month, billed every 4 weeks (28-day cycle)", which is thirteen charges a year, not twelve. Before paying, ask Found whether a 12-month plan is charged all at once. Insurance plans ($199 a month for semaglutide, $289 for tirzepatide, month to month) cover the same things and add a video-visit copay of about $30. Brand-name drugs are priced separately: Wegovy and Zepbound from $650 a month, Ozempic $1,100.

What this page used to say

  • 2026-09-13 — Which price Found advertises, and what its 12-month plan commits you to. Was: The advertised $169 is a 12-month contract price. If you quit at month three you have still bought the year — read the cancellation clause before the first charge. Now: Found's headline, from $99 a month on a 12-month plan, is the price with insurance, and that track adds a video-visit copay of about $30. Paying cash, the 12-month price is $169 and month to month is $289, all-in per 28-day cycle. Found's plans page says 12-month pricing is "paid up-front" while its offer terms bill "every 4 weeks", and neither prints a rule for leaving early: ask whether the year is charged at once, and what quitting before month 12 costs, before you pick the long plan.
  • 2026-09-13 — How Found bills its longer plans. Was: Billing every 28 days is thirteen charges a year, not twelve, and the cheaper terms are paid up front. Now: Found's pages disagree on how a longer plan is paid.
  • 2026-09-12 — Found's entry price. Was: $169 a month to start. Now: $179 for the first month on the month-to-month plan, then $289.
  • 2026-09-10 — Found publishes its price; this page said it did not. Was: No price. “Prices the medication and charges membership on top, and never publishes the fee.” Now: $169 to $359 a month, medication included, billed every 28 days: semaglutide $289 month to month or $169 on a 12-month plan paid up front, tirzepatide $359 or $239.
  • 2026-09-05 — The summary line still quoted a price this page had withdrawn. Was: $169/mo — but only if you sign for 12 months. Month-to-month costs far more. Now: Prices the medication and charges membership on top, and never publishes the fee.
  • 2026-08-30 — Replaced a third-party price range with the medication prices Found publishes. Was: $169 to $199 a month, from a third-party report dated 10 June 2026. Now: No total. This page lists Found's published medication prices and notes the membership is charged on top.

How this monthly figure is built

One price covering medication.

What does Found actually charge?

halfrx records Found at $179–$359 a month all-in, read from its own published page on 2026-09-22. The figure that matters is $289 once titrated, because the starting dose is not the dose anyone stays on, and that is the number this site scores. It runs month to month. No FTC action, state action, BBB F grade or FDA warning letter is recorded against it. It scores 5.8 out of 10 on a published formula that is arithmetic over the facts on this page, not an editor's opinion. The cheapest verified maintenance price on the site is $75, so this sits above the floor rather than at it. It is cash only: no insurance is billed, so the figure above is the whole of it. The medication is compounded rather than FDA approved: a copy made under the pharmacy-compounding exemption, which is a legal status and not a quality claim. Molecules: semaglutide, tirzepatide.

What is good about Found?

  • +Dedicated prior-authorization team that closes insurance approvals in days rather than weeks.[2]
  • +Behavioral coaching bundled in, not sold as a separate tier.[2]
  • +Offers both semaglutide and tirzepatide, so a switch for tolerance does not mean switching provider.[1]

What are the downsides of Found?

  • −Found's headline, from $99 a month on a 12-month plan, is the price with insurance, and that track adds a video-visit copay of about $30. Paying cash, the 12-month price is $169 and month to month is $289, all-in per 28-day cycle. Found's plans page says 12-month pricing is "paid up-front" while its offer terms bill "every 4 weeks", and neither prints a rule for leaving early: ask whether the year is charged at once, and what quitting before month 12 costs, before you pick the long plan.[5]
  • −Compounded medication carries the post-shortage regulatory risk; a court order against your compounder interrupts supply mid-titration.[3]
  • −Cash-pay structure means the insurance team helps with coverage you then use elsewhere, not with Found's own compounded product.[1]

How this score is built

  • 1.8/2.5Cost — $289/mo at maintenance, scored against the $129–$699 spread of every verified price we track
  • 0.0/2.5Medication — compounded medication, which the FDA does not review and which a court order can stop
  • 1.0/1What they supply — strongest molecule offered: semaglutide, tirzepatide
  • 0.8/1Commitment — month-to-month
  • 1.0/1Care around the prescription — coaching, titration support and insurance help included
  • 1.2/2Conduct — −0.8: compounding legal risk −0.8
