Responsible for content

The director of publication is the operator, reachable at legal@halfrx.com, and is responsible for editorial content under §18(2) of the German Medienstaatsvertrag and Article 93-2 of the French law of 29 July 1881, where those rules apply by virtue of the audience. Prices and records are read and checked by Alex Seot; how each claim is checked is set out in the editorial standards, and every published correction is on the corrections page.

Which rules this notice answers

halfrx is written for readers in the United States and is operated from Monaco. This notice is published under Monaco law and, to the extent they apply because of who reads the site, under §5 of the German Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, §25 of the Austrian Mediengesetz and Article 6 III of the French Loi pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique. halfrx publishes its own content only: it hosts nothing written by users, so it is not a hosting service or an online platform under the EU Digital Services Act.

Hosting

The site runs on a server operated by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany — the application server and database. Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, provides DNS, TLS, caching and DDoS protection in front of the server.

What halfrx is not

halfrx compares prices and published records. It is not a healthcare provider, a telehealth service, a pharmacy or an insurer; it does not prescribe, dispense or sell medication, and nothing on it is medical advice. See the medical disclaimer. Some links may earn a commission, each one is labeled where it appears, and the rules are in the affiliate disclosure.

Readers elsewhere may also contact the data-protection authority where they live. Trademarks

Drug names, company names and logos mentioned on this site — Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Hims & Hers, Ro and every other — belong to their owners. They are used to identify the products and companies being compared, under nominative fair use, and their use implies no endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Copyright and trademark complaints

Write to legal@halfrx.com with: the work or mark concerned and proof that you own it or act for the owner; the address of the page on halfrx; why you believe the use is unlawful; your name, postal address and email; and a statement that the information is accurate. We answer within 10 working days and remove anything unlawful without delay. Where a figure is simply wrong, corrections@halfrx.com reaches the page faster.
