Not a healthcare provider, telehealth service or pharmacy

halfrx does not employ clinicians, write prescriptions, dispense or sell medication, or process insurance claims. Using it creates no doctor–patient or pharmacist–patient relationship. Where clinical statements come from

Every clinical figure is quoted from the FDA prescribing information or from a named trial, cited beside it, and is not interpreted. halfrx's content is not currently reviewed by a clinician; a page that has been will name the reviewer, their credentials and the date. How claims are checked is in the editorial standards.

Compounded medication

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold. halfrx lists them because readers buy them, labels every card that sells them, and links the FDA's own guidance. Listing a seller is not a recommendation of its product.

Prices, coverage and records

Each price carries the date it was read and can change without notice; the price you are quoted at checkout, which depends on your dose, eligibility and insurance, is the one that counts. Coverage pages describe published criteria, not your plan's decision. Regulatory flags describe public records at the date shown and are not a finding by halfrx that a company broke the law.

The chat and the letter tools

Answers in the chat are written by an AI model from the catalog on this site and can be wrong; every figure it quotes is on a page you can check. The appeal and prior-authorization tools produce drafts from published criteria for you and your prescriber to review. They are not legal advice, and what is submitted is your decision.
