Read from henrymeds.com on 5 September 2026. Henry does publish its prices, on a page filed under /legal/programs and last updated 3 December 2025: compounded semaglutide by weekly or biweekly injection is $297 a month, daily liraglutide injections are $179, sublingual semaglutide tablets are $249, and phentermine is $149. The semaglutide entry reads "Weekly or Biweekly Injections (Semaglutide) $297 per month includes". The GLP-1 treatment page answers the cost question with "starts at $179/month" and says that figure includes the provider visits, medication, supplies and ongoing support, so there is no separate membership fee to add to it. Longer blocks are cheaper if paid up front: injectable semaglutide is $1,782 over six months billed monthly, or $1,482 paid in full. Note that henrymeds.com/pricing and /weight-loss both return 404, which is why the list is easy to miss. A price change waits for a person to approve it; this one was approved on 5 September 2026, and the card carries $297, injectable semaglutide at every dose; the $179 and $249 plans are liraglutide injections and sublingual semaglutide, different products.

What does Henry Meds actually charge?

halfrx records Henry Meds at $297 a month all-in, read from its own published page on 2026-09-20. The figure that matters is $297 once titrated, because the starting dose is not the dose anyone stays on, and that is the number this site scores. It runs month to month. It carries 2 flags on this site: BBB rating F and manufacturer lawsuit. It scores 4.5 out of 10 on a published formula that is arithmetic over the facts on this page, not an editor's opinion. The cheapest verified maintenance price on the site is $75, so this sits above the floor rather than at it. It is cash only: no insurance is billed, so the figure above is the whole of it. The medication is compounded rather than FDA approved: a copy made under the pharmacy-compounding exemption, which is a legal status and not a quality claim. The program includes clinical care and dispensing rather than a prescription alone.

  • −Refunds are pro-rated case-by-case rather than by published rule.[2]

How this score is built

  • 1.8/2.5Cost — $297/mo at maintenance, scored against the $129–$699 spread of every verified price we track
  • 0.0/2.5Medication — compounded medication, which the FDA does not review and which a court order can stop
  • 1.0/1What they supply — strongest molecule offered: semaglutide, tirzepatide
  • 0.8/1Commitment — month-to-month
  • 1.0/1Care around the prescription — coaching, titration support and insurance help included
  • 0.0/2Conduct — −3.1: BBB rating F −1.5, manufacturer lawsuit −0.8, compounding legal risk −0.8

Capped at 4.5: an active regulator action or a failing BBB grade limits the score whatever else it earns.
