Some links on halfrx may earn a commission when a reader signs up with a provider. This page says which, how you can tell, and what the commission is not allowed to change. It is written to the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255. Last updated 11 September 2026.

Which links earn today

None. No link on halfrx earns a commission at present. Every button to a provider goes straight to its own site, and halfrx is paid nothing for the visit. When a program accepts halfrx, the provider is added to this list on the day its link goes live.

How a paid link is marked

A link that earns says “paid link” in its own label, on the button itself, not only in a footnote. It is sent through /go/ so the click can be counted, and carries rel="sponsored nofollow". A link that earns nothing goes straight to the provider and is never counted. What the count records is on the privacy page: the card, the page you came from and the time — nothing that identifies you. The price you pay the provider is the same either way.

What a commission cannot change

  • The score. Every card is scored by a published formula over stored facts. A commission is not one of its inputs, and you can recompute any score yourself.
  • The order. Grids and rankings sort by price, score or the reader's own filter — never by whether a link pays.
  • The record. FTC suits, state actions, FDA warning letters and complaint grades are shown on every card that has one, paid or not.
  • Placement. halfrx sells no sponsored placements, no paid reviews and no advertising. No provider has seen or approved anything before publication.

Who can never carry a paid link

A company carrying any of these gets no commission link at all: FTC lawsuit, state action, BBB rating F, FDA warning letter. This is enforced in the code that builds the button, not promised: the link can be on file and halfrx is still paid nothing for the click. The same 4 flags cap the company's score at 4.5 out of 10. Being paid to send readers to a company we are warning them about is the conflict this site was built to point out in others.

Manufacturers

Eli Lilly (LillyDirect) and Novo Nordisk (NovoCare) run no affiliate program, and halfrx has no commercial relationship with either. Their prices are linked because they are often the cheapest route to a branded drug.
