Trulicity (dulaglutide, diabetes label) dosage schedule
One injection a week, at any time of day, with or without food, escalated on the schedule in the FDA label below. The maintenance dose is 0.75 mg to 4.5 mg once weekly, and the earliest the label allows you to reach it is week 1.
