One tablet a day, on an empty stomach with up to 4 oz of water. The FDA label below escalates it on a schedule, and the maintenance dose is 7 mg or 14 mg once daily, reached no earlier than week 5.

One label covers both tablets: RYBELSUS at 3, 7 and 14 mg and OZEMPIC tablets at 1.5, 4 and 9 mg. Same molecule, different strengths, and the label says they are not interchangeable milligram for milligram.
