Read on 14 September 2026 from glp1.medvi.org, the page the "Get Started" button on medvi.org opens: "The MEDVi Semaglutide program starts at $149 for your first month with no contract." and "Refills are locked in at $299 and include all the same program benefits." The same page prices GLP-1 tablets "Starting at $249" for the first month and sells Wegovy and Zepbound as "$99 Membership + Medication Cost", with no medication figure printed. An older page still served on medvi.org lists a tirzepatide injection "Prescribed for $349". medvi.com, where this card used to point, no longer resolves.
What this page used to say
- 2026-09-14 — Whether MEDVi still sells. Was: No longer a telehealth site: medvi.com serves a parked-domain stub. Now: Trades from medvi.org: compounded semaglutide at $149 for the first month, refills at $299.
- 2026-09-14 — Whether MEDVi names its pharmacies. Was: No page of its could be read, so whether it names a compounding pharmacy was unknown. Now: Names Triad Rx, RedRock Pharmacy and Beaker Pharmacy & Compounding as its partner pharmacies.
- 2026-09-11 — A con quoting a price the card no longer holds. Was: $299 flat for compounded is worse than Calibrate's $224 for branded Wegovy at every dose. Now: medvi.com has been a parked domain since 5 September 2026 — no pricing page and no program page left to buy from.
- 2026-09-11 — A pricing mark on a seller with no price. Was: Overpriced for category. Now: Removed.
- 2026-09-11 — A point in its favor that no longer stood, withdrawn. Was: Flat price regardless of dose, month-to-month cancellation.
- 2026-09-05 — That there is still a company behind this price. Was: Flat, does not scale with dose. $299 a month. Now: medvi.com is a parked domain: a noindex stub with no product, no company name in the body and no price. getmedvi.com will not load; its certificate has expired.
- 2026-09-05 — The summary line still quoted a price this page had withdrawn. Was: $299 flat compounded semaglutide, month-to-month. Now: No longer a telehealth site: medvi.com serves a parked-domain stub.
How this monthly figure is built
One price covering medication.
What does Medvi actually charge?
halfrx records Medvi at $149–$299 a month all-in, read from its own published page on 2026-09-14. The figure that matters is $299 once titrated, because the starting dose is not the dose anyone stays on, and that is the number this site scores. It runs month to month. It carries one flag on this site: FDA warning letter. It scores 4.5 out of 10 on a published formula that is arithmetic over the facts on this page, not an editor's opinion. The cheapest verified maintenance price on the site is $75, so this sits above the floor rather than at it. It is cash only: no insurance is billed, so the figure above is the whole of it. The program includes clinical care and dispensing rather than a prescription alone. The page rests on 3 cited sources, at least one of them a manufacturer, regulator or journal. Molecules: semaglutide, tirzepatide.
Tracked since 2026-06-10. The figure has changed since. Last corrected on 2026-09-11 — see what this page used to say, above.
No clinician has reviewed this page. Label and trial statements are quoted from the FDA label or the trial cited beside them. How this score is built
- 1.8/2.5Cost — $299/mo at maintenance, scored against the $129–$699 spread of every verified price we track
- 1.2/2.5Medication — compounded medication, which the FDA does not review and which a court order can stop
- 1.0/1What they supply — strongest molecule offered: semaglutide, tirzepatide
- 0.8/1Commitment — month-to-month
- 1.0/1Care around the prescription — coaching, titration support and insurance help included
- 0.0/2Conduct — −2.3: compounding legal risk −0.8, FDA warning letter −1.5
Capped at 4.5: an active regulator action or a failing BBB grade limits the score whatever else it earns.
