Read from knownwell.co on 5 September 2026. Knownwell publishes no price of its own for either half. It has added a pricing page, last updated 7 May 2026, which lists the Wegovy pen at $349 a month, the Wegovy pill at $149, the Zepbound vial and KwikPen at $299, Foundayo at $149 and Qsymia at $98 — but the page's own disclaimer says "knownwell does not dispense medications and is not a pharmacy. We do not set or control medication prices", and that "All pricing is list pricing based on information provided by the respective drug manufacturers." Those are the manufacturers' figures, not Knownwell's. The care half is billed to insurance, and the only number attached to it anywhere on the site is "$31 average cost per visit with insurance", which is an average copay rather than a price. So there is no monthly total to show. The $299 to $399 recorded until 10 June 2026 stays retired.

What this page used to say

  • 2026-09-11 — A drawback that no longer stood, withdrawn. Was: Cash only. If your plan covers Wegovy you would pay less going through insurance elsewhere.
  • 2026-09-11 — A drawback that no longer stood. Was: Oral semaglutide lost 16.6% of body weight in OASIS 4 versus roughly 20%+ for tirzepatide injection — the convenience costs you efficacy. Now: The Wegovy pill's label trial measured 13.6% weight loss, intention-to-treat — below tirzepatide injection's 20.9% in its own trial, so the convenience costs efficacy.
  • 2026-09-11 — Whether Knownwell takes insurance. Was: Cash only — no insurance is billed. Now: Visits are billed to insurance, and its team works to get the medication covered.
  • 2026-09-05 — The summary line still quoted a price this page had withdrawn. Was: Branded oral Wegovy from $299, month-to-month, no compounding. Now: Lists the manufacturers' own list prices and says it sets none of them; care is billed to insurance.
  • 2026-08-30 — Removed the price range from the Knownwell page and moved its link to the new domain. Was: $299 to $399 a month, verified 10 June 2026. Now: No price. This page explains what the new site publishes instead.

What does Knownwell actually charge?

halfrx records no verified price for Knownwell: nothing it publishes states an all-in monthly figure, so this provider carries no price here rather than a guess. What it costs once titrated is not published, which is a fact about the seller rather than a gap in the data. It runs month to month. No FTC action, state action, BBB F grade or FDA warning letter is recorded against it. It scores 7.2 out of 10 on a published formula that is arithmetic over the facts on this page, not an editor's opinion. Insurance is optional here. The medication is the branded, FDA-approved product rather than a compounded copy. The program includes clinical care and dispensing rather than a prescription alone. The page rests on 6 cited sources, at least one of them a manufacturer, regulator or journal. Anything past 45 days without a re-check is marked stale here rather than quietly aging. Molecule: semaglutide.

Tracked since 2026-06-10. The figure has changed since. Last corrected on 2026-09-05 — see what this page used to say, above.

No clinician has reviewed this page. Label and trial statements are quoted from the FDA label or the trial cited beside them. General guidance is marked as such, and every price carries the date it was verified. That is sourcing, not medical review. What we do and do not check · Who checked the price

What is good about Knownwell?

  • +Real FDA-approved oral Wegovy, not a compounded copy — no injection, no supply-chain legal risk.[1]
  • +Month-to-month with no minimum term, rare among branded programs.[1]
  • +Obesity-medicine specialists rather than a general telehealth panel.

What are the downsides of Knownwell?

  • −Dose-scaled pricing.[1]
  • −The Wegovy pill's label trial measured 13.6% weight loss, intention-to-treat — below tirzepatide injection's 20.9% in its own trial, so the convenience costs efficacy.[6]
