Read from Sesame's Costco pages on 5 September 2026. The Costco member perk list is $29 for a virtual primary care visit, $79 for therapy, $99 a month for fertility, $72 for a health check-up, $45 a month for skincare, $49 a month for women's health, $65 a month for mental health medication, plus 10% off other services — and it contains no weight-loss or GLP-1 price at all. The weight-loss link on the Costco page goes to Sesame's ordinary public program, $59 a month for care plus medication from $149 a month, which is the same page a non-member reaches. Read 13 September 2026, that page reads "labs & messaging for as low as $59/mo" and "Cash-pay GLP-1 medications as low as $149/mo"; rendered in a browser, the same page reads "$59 /mo* for care + medication from $149/mo (paid separately)". Every one of those pages carries Sesame's own line that "The site is operated by Sesame, not by Costco." So there is no Costco-exclusive weight-loss price. The $408 held here until today was a tracker figure with nothing behind it, and the $208 this page supports replaced it on 5 September 2026.
What this page used to say
- 2026-09-11 — A point in its favor that no longer stood, withdrawn. Was: Flat price that does not escalate with dose — at maintenance doses this beats the dose-scaled programs it looks expensive against.
- 2026-09-11 — A drawback that no longer stood, withdrawn. Was: Requires a paid Costco membership on top.
- 2026-09-11 — Scored on a starting price, as month-to-month and cash only. Was: $208 a month all-in once titrated, month-to-month, cash only. Now: $59 of care on a 12-month commitment plus medication from $149, with no maintenance price published; insurance accepted for the medication.
- 2026-09-11 — A con quoting a price the card no longer holds. Was: $408 is the second-highest flat price tracked. Now: $208 a month all in — a $59 membership plus medication from $149 — and the medication half is a starting price, so higher doses cost more.
- 2026-09-11 — A drawback that no longer stood. Was: Cash only, no insurance route. Now: Sesame's page says insurance is accepted for weight-loss medications, so the cash figure is not the only route.
- 2026-09-06 — Our daily price check now reads a page that publishes the price. Was: The price check read the brand's own homepage, which carries no figure. Now: https://sesamecare.com/service/online-weight-loss-program.
- 2026-09-05 — Whether there is a Costco weight-loss price, and what it is. Was: Flat. Requires Costco membership. $408 a month. Now: Costco's perk list carries no weight-loss or GLP-1 price; the weight-loss link goes to Sesame's ordinary public program at $59 a month for care plus medication from $149 a month.
How this monthly figure is built
Costco / Success by Sesame does not publish this total. Its own page quotes the membership only — medication is billed separately, so we add the two and show both sources.
What does Costco / Success by Sesame actually charge?
halfrx records Costco / Success by Sesame at $208 a month all-in, an estimate made on 2026-09-22, because the seller publishes no single all-in figure of its own. What it costs once titrated is not published, which is a fact about the seller rather than a gap in the data. It commits you for 12 months. No FTC action, state action, BBB F grade or FDA warning letter is recorded against it. It scores 5.9 out of 10 on a published formula that is arithmetic over the facts on this page, not an editor's opinion. Insurance is optional here, so the cash figure and the covered figure are different questions. The medication is the branded, FDA-approved product rather than a compounded copy. It supplies the prescription; sourcing the medication is left to you. The page rests on 3 cited sources, at least one of them a manufacturer, regulator or journal. Molecule: semaglutide.
