Is Strive Pharmacy legit? Ratings, lawsuits, FDA record
The searchable federal record for Strive is empty, and that is the finding rather than an absence of one. It is not among the 96 registered outsourcing facilities, so no federal inspection date, Form 483 or enforcement action exists to look up — not because the pharmacy passed, but because the FDA does not schedule it.

What does the FDA record show for Strive Pharmacy?
Strive Pharmacy is not in the FDA's register of outsourcing facilities, so no federal inspection date, Form 483 or enforcement action exists for it. It compounds under state license rather than federal registration, and the state board is where its inspection record lives. No FDA warning letter was found under this name when the database was searched on 2026-09-11. The wider number is the one worth carrying away. Of the 96 registered outsourcing facilities in the United States, 41 have never been inspected. Of the 55 that have, 53 were handed a Form 483; only 2 came away without one. And whichever pharmacy fills your prescription, almost no seller tells you which one it is.
The federal record
Not a registered outsourcing facility
It is not on the FDA's register of outsourcing facilities. That is not an accusation and not a license problem: most compounding pharmacies in the United States are not on it. It is a statement about who inspects them. A registered outsourcing facility compounds under section 503B, registers with the FDA, and goes onto the FDA's inspection schedule. A pharmacy that is not registered compounds under section 503A, is licensed and inspected by its state board of pharmacy, and appears in no federal register a patient can check.

Google figures are from each listing on Google Maps. Yelp, Trustpilot and the BBB refuse this site's reader, so their figures are as Google prints them for the listing linked. A BBB grade is a letter for how a business handles complaints, not an average of reviews. Listings with fewer than ten ratings are left out. Read on 2026-09-13.

What was checked and not found
- Not listed among the 96 registered outsourcing facilities in the FDA register, read 11 September 2026.
- No FDA warning letter is on record under this name, searched 28 August 2026.
Which seller uses Strive Pharmacy?
No seller whose pages could be read publishes it. 11 sellers were checked on the pages a buyer reads before ordering, last on 2026-09-14; 10 could be read, and 1 names one. Since the pharmacy is what decides the quality of a compounded drug, that omission is the most consequential blank on a checkout page. The full disclosure audit lists what each seller was asked and what it said.
Questions
- Is Strive Pharmacy inspected by the FDA?
- Not on a federal schedule. It is not among the 96 registered outsourcing facilities, so the FDA holds no inspection record to look up. Oversight sits with the state board of pharmacy where it is licensed, and with the boards of the states it ships into. Those records exist, but state by state rather than in one place a buyer can search.
- Which telehealth company uses Strive Pharmacy?
- Unknown, and that is a finding rather than a research failure. 11 sellers were checked on the pages a buyer actually reads before ordering, last on 2026-09-14; 10 could be read, and only 1 names one. The pharmacy decides the quality of a compounded drug, and it is the single fact the seller does not put on the page.
- Has Strive Pharmacy had an FDA warning letter?
- None found. The FDA's warning letter database was searched by company name on 2026-09-11 and returned nothing concerning this pharmacy. That is a statement about one database on one date, not a clean bill of health: a pharmacy the FDA does not inspect cannot accumulate federal findings either way.
- Has Strive Pharmacy been sued?
- Eli Lilly is suing Strive in Arizona, saying it sells a mass-produced compounded tirzepatide with vitamin B12 and glycine as if it were personalized. The case is in discovery. Strive's own antitrust suit against Lilly and Novo Nordisk was dismissed with prejudice on 3 August 2026, and Strive has asked the court to reconsider.
- Is Strive Pharmacy legitimate?
- That question splits into two, and only one of them has a public answer. Whether it holds a pharmacy license is a matter for the state board of pharmacy where it operates and for each state it ships into — checkable, but state by state, and not from any federal list. Whether the FDA inspects it is answerable now: it does not, because the pharmacy is not a registered outsourcing facility. Neither of those is the same as a judgment about quality, and this page does not offer one.
