The Belmar name is not on the FDA register of outsourcing facilities, although Belmar's own site lists two 503B outsourcing facilities in Colorado. How those two facts sit together is set out below. There is also a warning letter with the Belmar name on it, and it needs reading carefully rather than repeating. The 2023 letter is addressed to the chief executive of Belmar Pharma Solutions in Lakewood, Colorado. The inspection it reports, though, was of Drug Depot, LLC dba APS Pharmacy in Palm Harbor, Florida, which the letter calls his facility and which Belmar's contact page does not list today.

Belmar has been the one suing. Its owner, KEBD Enterprises, was one of seven compounding pharmacies that challenged the FDA's 2020 agreement on shipping compounded drugs across state lines, and the court sided with them in part in 2021. No case against it over its drugs was found.

Seven pharmacies challenged the FDA's Final Standard Memorandum of Understanding on interstate distribution of compounded drugs.
Closed. On 21 September 2021 the court ruled in part for the pharmacies, holding the agreement is a legislative rule; the remaining claims were dropped in March 2022.
